GroLed was created because of my longtime passion for the Earth and all it has to offer. In that love for the Earth I became interested about 15 years ago in Horticulture. I attended school for horticulture and worked in a local garden shop and nursery, only to discover I needed money to own a garden shop or nursery. I also found myself more interested in propagation not garden center work. I enjoy caring for plants and watching them be thankful for my efforts. I acquire a 1000w light and begin an indoor tomato project and found out that a 1000w light works fantastic, and COST A LOT of Money on the power bill. Well here we are what seems like light years
later in technology and garden techniques and supplies.
Not to mention the availability of organic and specialty
products developed for the urban gardener.
One day while talking to a neighbor about neem oil
and his difficulty finding quality products after trying some
from a big box store, the wheels began to turn.
After spending 10 yrs as a Yacht Broker
only to come to a recent drop in the yacht business
and extreme boredom. The light bulb in my head we off!
